We ship globally from Hong Kong. All products are in stock, except for pre-order items.

After placing an order and making payment, it will be shipped within 1-3 working days. Before shipping, we will check the product packaging to ensure it is intact.

Orders will be delivered by SF Express.
SF Express service points include SF Stores, SF Stations, SF Service Partners, and SF Smart Lockers.

Hong Kong

Orders over HK$800 will be delivered to SF Express service points for free; or Fluffy Club VIP members can enjoy free home delivery during their membership period.

For other orders, shipping fees will be charged based on the SF Express website:

HK$30 for 1 kg order
HK$37 for 1.5 kg order
HK$44 for 2 kg order

Macau

Shipping fees will be charged based on the SF Express website:

HK$41/MOP44 for 1 kg order
HK$58/MOP61 for 2 kg order

Mainland China

The store owner has WeChat/Alipay payment methods for Mainland China, and will send packages to Mainland China regularly. For details, please contact our store.

Overseas

Depending on the region and product weight, we recommend using Hong Kong Post or other postal services. For details, please contact our store.
